MOGAMI 2549 × REAN 3.5 mm TRS Stereo Connectors

This cable is built for clean stereo signal transmission, color-coded routing, and a more substantial professional-cable feel in 3.5 mm audio setups.

Mogami 2549 is a professional 2-conductor shielded microphone cable with Neglex OFC conductors, XLPE insulation, and a served shield structure.

Its outer diameter is approx. 6.0 mm, making it noticeably thicker and more substantial than ordinary generic aux cables.

In practical terms, this is not the smallest or lightest possible 3.5 mm stereo cable.

If you want the most compact mini cable, Mogami 2944 or Mogami 2893 may be more practical.

But if you want a 3.5 mm stereo cable with a stronger professional cable feel, better handling, color options, and Mogami 2549 construction, this version is a distinctive choice.

This cable is wired for standard stereo unbalanced audio:

Tip = Left

Ring = Right

Sleeve = Ground / Shield

The two inner conductors are used for Left and Right, and the shield is used as the common ground.

This is a standard stereo mini unbalanced wiring format.

Please note:

This is a 3.5 mm TRS stereo cable.

It is not a TRRS headset cable, and it does not support smartphone headset microphone or remote-control functions.

It is also not a balanced mono TRS cable.

Because Mogami 2549 is approx. 6.0 mm in diameter, this cable is thicker than typical 3.5 mm aux cables.

Please check the jack area of your equipment if your device has a very tight, recessed, or case-covered 3.5 mm socket.

At the same time, this cable is not intended as a heavy-duty stage cable.

3.5 mm connectors are small-format connectors by nature.

Please treat it as a precision stereo interconnect for clean routing and light-to-moderate handling, not as an abuse-resistant stage cable.
