What This Cable Does

• Duplicates the same balanced signal to two outputs.

• XLR pinout is wired straight-through in parallel:

Pin 1 → Pin 1 (shield/ground)

Pin 2 → Pin 2 (hot/+)

Pin 3 → Pin 3 (cold/−)

• Both outputs are electrically parallel.

There is no isolation or buffering.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES (Please Read)

• Intended use: ONE output → TWO inputs (1 out → 2 in).

NOT for combining two outputs into one input (2 out → 1 in).

 

• Not intended for microphones / mic-level splitting.

Do NOT use this to split one microphone to two mic preamps.

PHANTOM POWER use is NOT supported / NOT intended.
