Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipment.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped from Japan using international shipping carriers.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are provided for reference only.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed.

We do not control carrier operations, customs clearance processes, or local delivery conditions.


3. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or destination-specific regulations.

Unless explicitly agreed and prepaid in advance, all such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the nature of our products, including hand-assembled and made-to-order items, returns are limited.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of verified initial defects:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Products assembled to buyer-selected specifications
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Contact us at contact@nekodensen.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed as an initial defect, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Partial or full refund

4. Returns Due to Refused Duties or Failed Customs Clearance

If a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay duties, taxes, or other fees, or due to customs-related issues:

  • Any return shipping costs, customs fees, or related expenses may be deducted from the refund.
